By accessing and using Genni's AI receptionist service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Genni provides an AI-powered phone answering service for small businesses. The service includes call handling, message taking, appointment booking assistance, and lead capture, available 24/7/365.
The Genni service is provided on a subscription basis:
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice after the minimum 3-month commitment period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused call credits.

Genni is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, lost business opportunities, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 3 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
