What about the setup fee?
A one-off £250. That covers setup, training and configuration, and there is nothing else to pay up front.
What if I exceed my call limit?
No surprises. Additional calls are charged at £1.00 (Starter), £0.85 (Professional), or £0.70 (Business) per call. You can upgrade your plan anytime.
Do I need special hardware?
No new equipment required. Genni works with your existing phone system.
Can I cancel if it's not right for me?
Two ways. In the first fourteen days, if she is not answering your calls properly and we cannot put it right, you can end it there and then and we refund what you have paid. After that there is a 3-month minimum, and then 30 days' notice. No questions asked.
Can I change plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
